I see on the calendar on here that there is a Livonia support group meeting Monday at 6:30. I think there were also going to be some Tai Chi sessions set up.Does anyone know on Monday 8/10 if this is just a regular meeting at 6:30 or Tai Chi or both? Sorry, just confused since I haven't been to Livonia in a while.

Hi Aime, I hadn't been to a Livonia meeting since the very 1st one that I went to and I decided to go back last month and have a Calendar this is what it says for August:
8/10 & 8/24 are Tai Chi classes. September: 9/14 regular meeting; 9/28 Tai Chi. October: 10/12 & 10/26 are Tai Chi. November: 11/9 reg. meeting; 11/23 Tai Chi.
December: 12/14 reg. meeting; 12/28 Tai Chi. Apparently these are not a high impact class they are slow easy movements, and I believe she is not charging us for them either. Do you know when the Ypsi meetings are, I always get confused hence I am never at the meetings and reeeeealy need to come. I promise if tell me again I will mark them on this calendar. lol.
