The Big Hearts, Big House 5K is just over a week away.  I hope everyone is ready and as excited as I am.  I'll be there and I'm expecting to see Deb and Jodi.  Who else is going?  Post or PM me and I'll make sure I look for you.  I'll be in my Mr. Incredible shirt again.  I was going to wear my Army PT uniform, but decided that Mr. Incredible is easier to spot and it is more expressive of how I feel right now.

Can't wait to see you there Brian!  The running is going really good.  Last week was a real struggle to get it in.  The start of school, etc.... Needed to change the routine around.  Back on track this week.  I was hoping to be running a little bit faster times by the time the race came around.  We will see.  I am a consistent 12 min mile.  Feeling amazing!

Don't know yet what shirt I will be wearing...That is an important decision.

Jodi

Jodi - I'm looking forward to it too.  A 12-minute mile is great.  I'm still doing 10-minute miles, but I've been increasing my distance.  The 3.1 miles of a 5K is going to seem short.  I go double that pretty regularly.

SOOOO... who else is coming?  Kym?  Are you running with us?  I know several people at the Saturday support group in Ypsilanti said they were coming last month.  I hope to see you all there.

Brian
