For me it was a week of wearing it all the time and then a week just wearing it during the day time....Persoanlly I liked wearing it more often...After that 2nd week you go into the Spanx or flexies....I noticed the swelling more that 2nd week. I still have some but not as much..
What time do you see Dr Hing on the 6th??? I dont see him again till the Tues before Thanksgiving

I think that I see him around 11:30 in Holland. I have to call and find out the right time since I can not seem to find the homework paper that I wrote the time down on. I am at the end of these two classes and when I am done with an assignment then I tend to losse the assignments. If I pass this one class that I am worried about then it is just two more classes and I will have my associate degree. YEA!!!! It will have only taken me 6 and 1/2 years to obtain the degree but oh well.

Hi,
I woke up with my binder on. That is why it was heaven when I got to take it off to take pain pump out, my legs are swollen terribly so I gave a call to Dr. DiNick office to talk to nurse. They just kept saying keep your feet elevated so that is what I am doing. It feels good to have binder off.. but good when I move around alot.. I like the support of it. I have been sleeping in the recliner in living room but I tried sleeping in bed last night, but that didn't go well at all. I was stuck in on position and couldn't move around much. So back to the recliner tonight. It was a comedy trying to get out of bed this morning. LOL eh what do you do.. got try.
